Our body's energy centers, or chakras, each have a unique color. An AvraSfera resonates with the magnetic field of your body and matches to each color or center by using its strong internal magnets to operate as a pendulum.
The magnets "open" the energy centers when you hold the AvraSfera a few inches/cm above each one, allowing you to receive the necessary light rays. Your magnetic field becomes the source of your boundless potential when you increase its vitality.
You can either complete this process on your own or with the help of an AvraSfera therapist. Your energy centers will need six to nine hours to integrate the magnetic rays of the colors they got during an AvraSfera session, which can last up to a half hour. The AvraSfera will start to move as you hold it over a center, either in a circular motion or back and forth. When it settles and stops moving, you can move on to the following center.
After finishing all of your energy centers, pick one color or a group of colors, then repeat the affirmation (which is listed below) while moving through each center. You should choose the affirmation that seems good for you, repeat it silently or aloud. The first color you choose is placed at the top and the second at the bottom of the AvraSfera.
